🍓🍌 Fluffy Pancakes with Chocolate Drizzle & Fresh Fruit

🥞 Ingredients:
For the Pancakes:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 ¼ cups milk
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Toppings:
Fresh strawberries (sliced)
1 ripe banana (sliced)
½ cup chocolate chips or chocolate sauce
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
🔪 Instructions:
Make the Pancake Batter:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined (don’t overmix — lumps are okay!).
Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the Chocolate Sauce (if not using pre-made):
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
Assemble & Serve:
Stack your pancakes on a plate. Drizzle with warm chocolate sauce, top with fresh banana and strawberry slices, and dust with powdered sugar for a beautiful finish.
